Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qqpulsa ("we", "usour", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at qqpulsa.cam ("the Platform", "the Website").

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are subject to a court order restricting their financial activities, are not eligible to register or maintain an account.

3.4 Single Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on qqpulsa only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, IP address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates are subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture without prior notice.

Account Registration

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your qqpulsa account. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your identity document), date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Supplying false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

qqpulsa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph of the account holder holding the submitted identity document;
• Source of funds documentation where required under anti-money laundering protocols.

qqpulsa will process submitted KYC documents within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party.qqpulsa will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The qqpulsa Platform is provided exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may use the Platform to access casino games, sports betting, and related services subject to compliance with these Terms at all times.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqpulsa Platform:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data from the Platform;

• Registering multiple accounts, using false identities, or impersonating any other person;
• Exploiting bonuses or promotions through patterns identified as bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account wagering;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

5.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that results in an eroneous display of odds, balances, or game outcomes, qqpulsa reserves the right to void any affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its reasonable control.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

qqpulsa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay;
• Online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank;
• DuitNow Transfer and FPX Online Banking;
• Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards;
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

6.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Maximum limits may vary by payment method and player tier. Please refer to the Cashier section of your account for current applicable limits.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

qqpulsa targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions under normal operating conditions. The Company is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.

6.4 Same-Name Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the qqpulsa account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.3 Bonus Abuse

This includes — but is not limited to — claiming the same promotional offer via multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and coordinated multi-account exploitation. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonus funds and winings forfeited.

7.4 Bonus Validity Period

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to a player's account. Unfulfilled bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account balance at the end of the validity period.

8.3 Void Bets

8.4 Maximum Payouts

Intellectual Property

All content on the qqpulsa Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of qqpulsa or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of qqpulsa.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal entertainment. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, sell, or otherwise exploit Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qqpulsa's aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qqpulsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your qqpulsa account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and internal compliance review.

12.2 Termination by qqpulsa

qqpulsa reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, if the Company determines — in its sole discretion — that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or poses a risk under applicable anti-money laundering or responsible gambling obligations.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the conditions outlined in Section 12.1. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under whichqqpulsa operates. Players agree that any dispute not resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures.

Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date, and where practicable, by notifying registered Players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the qqpulsa Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request account closure.
